Is this the start of SCALE ROT?

I Keep my Spider Ball python on coconut fibre and i just noticed these spots on his belly a few days ago. If it is the start or scale rot I'm pretty sure its because I made the stupid mistake of squeezing out the coconut fibre the best I could then put him directly in the tank, I guess i should've let the substrate dry out in the sun for a day or so because for the first few days he's in the fresh coconut fibre its a little too moist and his belly is always flat on the substrate... please let me know if you think this is an early sign of scale rot and will it go away as long as I keep his substrate a bit dryer. He should be going into shed in a week or 2... will that get rid of those small spots since it doesn't look to severe yet?

    Thanks
