Nice firendly looking little fellah.
Be warned they are addictive.

Re: My first ball.
I'm hoping to get my specimen sexed asap.
So far no problems feeding, though it wants nothing to do with f/t yet took a live mouse no problem.

Re: My first ball.
During your husbandry research, did you happen to read up on proper temperatures? Your "hot side" is actually closer to what the cool side should be. The hot side should be upwards of 90.
Here's a great care guide to fine tune your husbandry: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...s%29-Caresheet
Also, if you haven't already done so, here's a good 20g aquarium set-up guide: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...With-Pictures!
Keep up the good work!

He or she looks very cute!
To add to what Eric said, 72 is way too cool for the cool side. You never want temps below 75F for ball pythons. You want 78-84 for the cool side, and 88-94 for the warm side. And you didn't mention how you're regulating your under tank heater - a thermostat is a must!
