Get a rat that is roughly the size or just slightly bigger then the girth of the snake.

I am chuckling at your use of a naked Barbie for size reference lol

I rescued mine from a coworker's kid who bought it at Petco and it was roughly that size. They had been feeding it a pinkie mouse or two a week . Once I got her home I bumped her to a hopper first feeding , mouse second feeding , biggest mouse , then rat pup...now 2 months later she has grown exponentially and eats a small rat per week no problem. I lat weighed her last month and she was 265 grams. She was so skinny when I first got her Good luck!

    Talk about a hybrid!!!
I think at 60 grams he is too young to breed your female!! lol!
seriously though once yo get them eating consistently they pick up weight pretty quick.
    good luck.

LOL! Too bad, that female looks receptive.

You probably already fed him but I would have started with mouse hoppers and moved up to rat pups after 2-3 feedings. Either way is probably fine though.
