Can you translate what it says to English please?
Also, I would suggest against using an expired product, especially from 2 years ago. However I have not used tick or mite treatments myself, so I don't know if it's like a "better than nothing" sort of deal, or what... I just thought others might like to know what the packaging says!
All the best!

The ingredient you are looking for is permethrin. Do you access to anything like NIX?

Permethrin is lethal in high doses or if the snake injests it, which is why it's not recommended to spray it on the snake or its water bowl. Most mite treatment products are a 0.5% or less solution of permethrin and water.
In the US NIX and RID are names of permethrin-based treatments for head lice. One bottle is 2 ounces (59 ml) of 1% permethrin, which is mixed with 1 gallon (4 liters) of clean water when used as a snake mite spray at 0.01% permethrin which is very weak, but it works.
If you have livestock or farm stores you can probably find 10% concentrate. Just make sure to dilute it.

NIX is a brand name of lice treatment: http://www.nixlice.com/
The product with Permethrin is not directly applied to the reptile, it is applied to the enclosure and decorations, after it is applied you let it air out. As far as what goes directly on the reptile, I don't know the product in your picture, however in a quick pinch I have soaked the animal in water with a SMALL drop of soap, this helps drown the mites on the reptile.

Mite Treatment is going to take more than one go at it, but yes you dont want the water to be full of bubbles you basically put a very tiny drop of soap in the water let the snake soak, rinse him off after. That is one part, as far as the other side of the treatment, the mites also reside in the enclosure. You need to go with a minimalsitic setup. Dump all the substrate out, scrub the enclosure with the "NIX" type solution, get all the decorations out of there. until the mites are gone it is best to do paper towels for the "substrate" a water bowl and just a hide. This is an abbreviated description. Do a search on here for Mites and a ton of posts will pop up on how to remove/ kill them off. Good Luck!
