    Someone is very blue...

    and that someone is Angie!

She's getting ready to shed again and boy is she blue! She hasn't been this super shade of blue since she was a little noodle.

Here's a pic from the 27th, when I discovered she was going blue

And here's a pic of her from the 31st, while she's being weighed on the new scale. (she's up to 2534 grams!)

I expect her to start clearing up in a few days. However, during her shed cycles, Angela turns into the mopiest, saddest snake. If I take her out she doesn't huff, she doesn't puff; it's like I have a totally different animal xD

She's being fed this week, despite being blue. Ever since I got her onto f/t she's been horking down everything I offer her. Right now she eats two medium thawed rats a week and when those packs are gone I'll be bumping her up to large rats and reducing her feedings.

If I can get lucky and catch her in the act of shedding I'll post some pics back here!

Great looking snake and excellent photos! I guess it's better for her to get mopey during shedding rather than extra feisty. Pics like this make me want to get a blood python... Maybe one day.
