    Growth brag lol

Our snakes have grown sooo much since we got them. Jack started out at 192 g and now he is 392g! My daughter just had Rocky out and I got him confused with Jack for a second. He started out at 141g and is already 256g and looks like he is going to be shedding soon. Sooo happy They are growing, happy and not scared of us at all anymore!!

I have two ball pythons that I wish I had a scale when I got them. When I got them they were like worms and now they actually look like snakes!

I have a Male visual pied and a female Het pied. Purchased one year ago before they were even offered their first meals, the male weighed in at 74g the female 68g. The male is now almost a year later 1100g the female is a massive 1350g. Not bad considering both go on bi-weekly feeding strikes LOL Glad every ones babies are growing well this past year

Just posted a picture of the one we got at the end of April to his previous owner....she was SHOCKED at how big he has gotten.....guess that's what happens when you stop feeding a single mouse a week. I love the pieds too....maybe my next purchase....even hubby likes the looks of them! ;-)

Thats what I love with the pied gene, even non reptile folk cant help but be fascinated with the animals due to their unique patterns. If your looking for pieds I really recommend local expos or very reputable breeders. My friend picked one up from rousis reptiles(spelling?) that he is very happy with. They are a bit more expensive then some but the pinstripe pied female he got is top notch quality and healthy as a horse.

We got to witness Jack shedding for the first time yesterday. It was soooo cool to see the skin just peeling away. I was sooo captivated I didnt even run downstairs to grab my camera...darn. he was actuallly doing it in his hide and was going in circles to rub it against himself. Very very cool!
