    Incubator

My buddy bought a super pastel female 3 or 4 months ago and she was 1600g at the time. We'll she hasn't eaten since than last month called and said she's fat as crap and sent me a pic and looks as if she's ovulating. Than yesterday she shed. I so t have an incubator and he's brand new to balls and doesn't have one neither. What's a good in expensive incubator I can tell him to look at. Also since I got him into snakes and build his rack and set up his snake room I get first pick if they come out and she was bred to a lesser firefly!!!

Build one yourself if that shed was her pre lay shed you have about 27-33 days before eggs come they are some really cheap diy incubators out of coolers or even old mini fridges just don't skimp on the thermostat for it.

Inexpensive will cost at least $125 (Heat Tape and T-Stat) you will need a reliable thermostat, which is the single most important piece of equipment and some heat tape and either a cooler or old broken fridge (those can often be found for free)

Commercial incubators will run you between $450 to $1500

You can find this type at a local feed store for $30 and and both have a very un-reliable T-Stat so you would still need to buy a RELIABLE thermostat to plug it into it.

    Breeding does not come cheap

Where are you? Someone close by may have room in their incubator. I could fit 2 more tubs in mine right now.

    Re: Incubator

Just trying to find a quick fix for him. He wasn't ready to breed this year. Only just started in January. Lol. Luck punk.
