Ishimura was at the vet today and did totally awesome! Since this was her first vet trip that I know of, I was a little leery about her being poked around, but she hardly even cared. The doctor does not think she has scale rot - but we gave her an antibiotic injection just in case (which she did not freak out about!). I'm to have her back for a checkup this Friday. I absolutely love my reptile vet, so this ended up being a positive experience overall, plus I got all these husbandry tips from everyone! I'm so glad I joined the forum. I'll keep posting pictures as she gets back to her beautiful self =)

Im glad she's doing well. Just keep her on the paper towels until she gets better and definitely invest into an Acurite thermometer. You can usually find them at Wallmart for like 12 bucks.

I went to just about every store in my town today, including wal mart, and found zilch. However, I'm making a pit stop in State College tomorrow (I work over there) and I'll check that walmart. If all else fails there's a petco there too lol
