Question After bp starts eating again?

    Hi all,

Our bp finally ate last night for the first time since we bought him 10 weeks ago!!!!! We had a mite problem that is now cleared and he went through a shed about a month ago. He was eating an adult mouse once a week before we bought him so do we go back to that schedule or should we be offering him one more often for a little while since he hasn't eaten in a while?? We left the mouse laying on top of his warm hide last night and it was gone this morning. Should we try that again or go back the dangling mouse twitching dance?

Thanks for any advice you can give!

Assuming f/t since you left the mouse lay overnight, I would feed another mouse as usual next time, then offer a mouse and either a rat fuzzy or very small pup on the subsequent feeding day, to start the conversion to rats.
