Yay she ate!!

So my normal girl freddiewinkle (named before I knew she was a female she was my first snake) had been on a 6 month fast. She stopped eating as she began her transfer from mice to rats took about two rats back to back weeks then just stopped eating I have been trying all kinds of tricks well this past week I again moved her tub size down from a 28qt to a 12qt and changed her from paper to cypress mulch and tonight she took a small prekilled rat! Im super excited!

I think we all know that excitement.. ha ha.. Mine came off that fast a few weeks ago. You could have sworn I won the lottery the way I was walking around the house all excited when my "kids" ate after about a 5 month fast.. ha.. Hope she continues to eat..

My boys been fasting forever! I have a feeling that this month it will finally end though! Glad yours is eating again! I hope mine does too 😊

Just a quick update freddiewinkle has now eaten 3 weeks in a row all small rats first pre-killed last two were both f/t so happy she off mice and taking f/t rats!
