Cut list for DIY v18 hatchling rack?

Does anyone have the cut list for building a v18 hatchling rack? I want to use xpvc to build it, but cannot find any plans online. Most of the hatchling rack plans are for 6 qt shoebox. Looking to build a 28 tub rack.
