    Animal Plastics

Thought I would share a recent experience with Animal Plastics.

Sunday morning I checked on my snake room and found a pretty horrible smell. When I checked everything out, the heat tape in the rack had actually melted through one of the tubs. Thankfully, none of the animals were hurt, nor did the temps seems at any extreme range (outside that one spot) . The tape was ruined, so I removed it. While removing it, part of the shelf (that holds the tape in) broke a bit. (Probably my fault)

I contacted AP about these two issues, inquiring about any particular warranty that may exist. Ali from AP got back to me very quickly and began proposing solutions. She was very friendly, and genuinely as concerned about the issue as I was. The tape isn't their product, but she offered to send out a new assembly at a greatly reduced price along with a replacement shelf. The shipment was fast and my animals are back to being warm (and not melting)

I already have another rack on order from them. I feel very confident in their product and their customer service.

    Happy snakes. Happy customer.
