    Question Shedding Question

    Hey guys,

A few days ago (Thursday) I noticed that my baby boa (Tommy) was getting ready to go in to shed when his eyes turned cloudy and a blueish color. I then gave him a warm bath to help hydrate his skin and make the shedding process easier on him. Later I put him in his cage with a log for him to rub against and I bumped his humidity up a touch.

I recently (Sunday/today) took him out of his cage and noticed that his eyes have completely cleared up, but the problem is that I can't find ANY shed. His substrate is eco-earth so I sifted around a little bit to see if it got buried, but I still could find absolutely nothing.

What's up with this? I don't understand why his eyes clouded up and are now clear, without any signs of him shedding. Any ideas?

    Thanks,

    Mitch
