    Herpstat 2 Redline Opinions?

Anyone using Herpstat products from spyder robotics. Are these good units? Anyone ever had to deal with customer service or have any problems with theirs?

Great products, and great customer service. If you ever have an issue all you have to do is call/email spider robotics and they will get it sorted for you.

Just became apart of the Herpstat family and I love them. They work perfectly and I doubt I'll ever have any problems with it. Definitely invest in one.

I am the very proud owner of ( 4 ) herpstat 4 units. They power each of my triple stack units flawlessly. I have never had even a small problem with any of my units. I have had the distinct pleasure of talking to George Knaack several times and have to say he is a very knowledgeable man. We as reptile owners risk our animals lives on thermostats and for me this is the only brand that I trust enough to stake my animals safety on. Two products I cant say enough good about, thats Herpstats and radiant heat panels from Pro products. A winning team.
