    Hidden Gene Woma? Special?

We have the opportunity to purchase this pretty girl. We have no idea about these genes, so on top of a rating, an explanation of these genes would be most appreciated. So...I want your opinions. Rate her on a 1-10 scale, please, with 1 being butt ugly and 10 being SUPER AWESOME. I'm not very well-versed in these mutations...so that's why I'm asking for opinions. I only want quality in my collection. To me it looks like a pretty normal so I'm asking about the gene and rating of the quality. Thank you all very much in advance.

You should google hidden gene woma, then just go through pics. Find what you think is awesome, and that will be what your goal is.

If you find combos, think about what you like in those combos, and find the hidden gene woma that has the traits that display the traits that you liked in the combos. Cant go wrong finding what you like .

CRR, you've posted quite a few of these, "we have the opportunity to buy" threads in the last month or so. Have you ever stated what your goal is for breeding BPs, or are you a collector, not a breeder. If you have previously posted this info, I'm sorry for missing it. Knowing what your goals are would certainly help in the rating process. To be perfectly honest, I think the worst reason to purchase a snake is because you have the opportunity to buy it. You should buy any BP because it is what you want, or because it fits into your breeding plans.

    Re: Hidden Gene Woma? Special?

I will eventually get into breeding and honestly I have a ton of goals I see something new I like everyday. I appreciate the way you went about your post, it was stated kindly and like you were actually curious and not attempting to be rude at all. That goes a long way. A lot of times I'm looking at bps and think I wonder what I could do with that. I'm a huge fan of lesser/butter all combos are awesome IMO. So when I post something asking if it's a good example I'm asking for over all the industries "perfect" examples if there is one of course. Have I been posting too much? If so I can cut back, I just got burned by a breeder so now I'm very careful to make sure I'm looking at quality. Sorry if I posted too much or I'm going about this all wrong. Thanks for the heads up.

Of course you don't post too much, LOL. I was just wondering, because I didn't remember seeing if you were collecting or breeding.

I don't know if anybody else thinks you are posting too much, but I enjoy these types of threads, whether they are posted by you or someone else. It is great to see all the different opinions, and to learn by having people point out things I missed.

I don't know about the morphs you are asking about in this thread to say whether or not I think this is one or not. I will say that I think it is a quite attractive snake.

    Re: Hidden Gene Woma? Special?

Thanks everyone you guys really put meaning to "bp.net family". What I'm doing now is gathering as many different single and maybe double gene females as I can and then when they get to size for breeding I will get a few 3 or 4 gene males. This is how many people suggested going about getting into breeding. By buying single gene females and getting them up to size maybe by then the multi gene males I want will have come down in price some, plus it also gets me into multi genes faster.

I have serious anxiety so I want only the best of the best in my collection/breeding group. Most of the genes I can say wow that's pretty or wow I like that but when it comes to breeding I want to produce the best of the best for myself and other bp buyers to enjoy. So the reason I ask so much is because as a hobby breeder/small business I want to produce quality. I want to be known for the quality I produce and my customer service. So to produce high quality I must first start with high quality animals, that's where these threads come into play.

Oh and a side note, the breeding will never be about the money but about the love of the animals and the sheer enjoyment I and others, who will buy from me will get from my animals. Don't get me wrong if I could quit my job and just spend time with these gorgeous, amazing and exciting animals I would jump on the chance. I have been an animal lover since before I can remember, according to my mom, even as a toddler I loved animals.

Thanks for reading and expecting more of these threads!
