What is a female yellow belly worth?

Im a newbie here and am thinking of getting out of leopard geckos. This woman wants to trade me an adult female yellow belly for some of my leos but Im not sure what the yellow belly is worth. The leos she wants are worth about 200 dollars, a bit more really but Im just rounding down.

Also what kind of markers should I look for on the ball python to make sure she is a real yellow belly?

Is it a male or female? Some pictures would definitely help too!

It all depends on age weight and whether she's a proven breeder. I've seen baby's going for around 150, and some adult proven breeders go for around 600. Look on kingsnake.com just look around and get a feel for what's what. The ball python market isn't like other markets. Yes supply and demand definitely apply. Proven breeder females go for a very high price. If she is a really good quality animal even more so. Good luck.

Thanks, I did look on the classified on kingsnake saw someone selling a breeding pair for 150. so that seems rather cheap.I will try and ask for a picture, I havent seen the snake yet myself. I also dont have a probe set and am going to have to take her word that its a female.
I think its an adult female but not a proven breeder.

Pricing has a lot of factors...........
Hatchlings are between $100- $200 depending on quality.

NEVER take anyones word for sex unless it is someone you know and can find later.

You can always try to pop her for yourself to see what sex it is.
