Exclamation Fluid Filled Patch on Snake

My eastern kingsnake has a fluid filled pouch on his side, or at least that's what it feels like. It's about 3 or 4 cm long and maybe 1 cm wide. I've never seen anything like this. He acts fine. It doesn't seem to cause any pain and he ate, drank water, and defecated today. I have a vet appointment but I'd like to know what it could be. He doesn't eat live so it's not an abscess from a bite. Any information would be helpful and appreciated. I'd include a picture but I don't know how since I'm on an iPhone.

Most likely nothing. A picture would help though.
I may not be very smart, but what if I am?
