    Handling

I have a 1 year old female ball. I am just wondering, I used to handle her but have not in the last 3 months or so. We have a toddler that is too interested in her and does not know how to be gentle yet. Our ball has a large natural planted tank so I am not worried about her, but am wondering can I start handling her in a couple of months or will she become hand shy?

    Cheers

Ball Pythons are docile and a bit shy by nature. If you were able to handle her before, she will adjust to it quickly when you start handling her regularly again.
