    Finally getting my reptile room!

So, as some of you know I just bought me, my soon to be wife, daughter, 2 dogs, cat, and my lone albino garter a new home that coincidentally has the master bathroom gutted for a remodel that never got finished which I have now claimed as my reptile room!

It's a 106" x 54.5" room or almost 40 square feet. Not huge but it's enough for my needs. I have figured I will be able to make 3 - 9 (41qt) tub racks for adults...although I'm only going to start with one, maybe make a juvi rack first. And I can fit 2 - 5 tub rack racks in there, with space for a utility sink, and possible a small order freezer.

It needs to be sheet rocked on one wall, painted, and new flooring put in, along with the sink (plumbing is already there since it was a bathroom!) and build the rack before I can start getting stuff but I'm excited!

I will try to get some before pics either tomorrow or Tuesday so you can all see what I'm working with.

This will also be a build thread eventually!

Thanks and have a great day!

    Regards,
    Kevin

That is great news, Kevin! Can't wait to see the build thread! And remember, smaller spaces are easier to heat in the winter.

Thanks slim! I'm very excited, it has a small window in there too that I may fashion for some sort of ventilation. I just need to get it prepped so I know exactly what I can and can't do!
