I have a question about tub size.
Any help is appreciated.
-question one.
Is a 19qt (17.5" x 11.75" x 8"high) good for my ball pythons that are between 100gs to 250gs? And if so at what size should I move them up?
-And is 41.2qt (23.5" x 17.75" x 8"high) good for an adult female? Or at least an adult male?

41 is fine for an adult female. Lots of people keep their big breeder females in 41 qt tubs.
Any size can be fine for 100g hatchlings. Some people prefer to keep them in tiny 6qt or 12qt tubs, others keep them in full size tubs for big adult girls (37qts or 41qts). You just need to clutter it up enough so it doesn't feel big for them. Multiple hides, small hides, fake plants, turned over water bowls, crumpled up paper, etc. Anything to fill in the space so they feel like they're hiding and safe.
If you start small tubs, you'll need to upgrade the tub every so often as they grow (they will grow fast on regular feedings). If you start big tubs, you need to take items out as the snake gets bigger. Either way will work, it's personal preference really.

Those tubs don't have very much floor space. What you really want are the "under bed storage" style tubs like the IRIS CB-70, or sterilite 1960
The sterilite 1960 tub measures approximately 35" x 17" x 6" That size tub is what I consider the minimum for an adult BP.
For yonger snakes I would go with the sterilite 1655 (28 quart) tub that measures approximately 23 x 16 x 6

The 41 quart tub OP asked about isn't the same as the 41 quart tubs most people use. OP's tub is taller and has less floorspace.

You are correct. Nice catch. I didn't even think to check that.
