Re: Rate this enchi! :)
I would pass. Look for an enchi with (ideally) no dots, banded pattern, and lots of gold!

Re: Rate this enchi! :)
Is she not golden? She is one of the more golden enchis that I have seen. Many of the ones I see are very brown on the top. But her banding is not typical enchi and she has a lot of dots, I can see that. :)

Re: Rate this enchi! :)
Too many dots for me. I'd pass. Find one with better color, and more clean banding.
If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies.

I would not call that "golden", as much as a washed out pastely color. Enchi's have a different color. This is what I call "enchi gold"

A good rule of thumb is to only buy ones that you love. It sounds like you don't really love this one, so you should probably wait.

Just to be clear, this is for breeding, so I would want a decent quality animal.
Please let me know what you think! Thank you!
That is DEFINITELY an enchi probably quite recently hatched and it looks like it will turn out to be quite a nice one too.
I've hatched a lot of them and see people trying to pass off rubbish looking dark ones and even normals as them all the time. That is neither.

I really like the color on her. I would consider her high orange/yellow. Unfortunately her pattern is too busy for me. I prefer a reduced banded pattern. Her color is top notch . I would wait.

Great color, lots of spots though...depending on your future breeding plans, you could make some fantastic stuff, as well as plenty not so...If this is an enchi that you particularly like, go for it.
(Spotty enchis are great to for breeding balls that you would also rather be spotty)
