    what size tubs to use?

I am slowly getting more and more BPs and im looking to build my own rack. my question is will a 32q tub be good enough to house the full grown ones? and what size would i get for the hatchling racks? any information will be appreciated. thanks

You can put hatchlings in large ones, you just need to fill them up with some clutter...extra hides, overturned water bowls, crumpled up paper, fake plants, etc. As the hatchlings get bigger you remove things.

32qts can hold full grown males very easily. I think 41qt is one of the more common sizes for full grown breeder females.

I use 41-qt for everything except hatchlings, and just provide appropriately-sized hides for the smaller snakes. Never had a problem.

I'm getting ready to get my first racks here shortly, and I plan on getting a combo rack from Family Reptiles. They'll actually deliver it to me at one of the local reptile shows to save me on shipping, and they make them to use either 2 15 quart bins or 1 32 quart bin per shelf, making it very versatile for my needs.

It's not just the tub size but who makes them - some just aren't very sturdy and will crack, flex, etc.
