Whats it mean...

I was going through my tubs today and noticed the water bowls had condensation on the bottom of them... Only one of the tubs had a little bit of water throughout the tub and the rest were totally dry. What does it mean when there's condensation or "sweat" on the water bowls?

That its humid in the enclosure.

Does it mean its too high? Ive never had this problem and i lost my hygrometer
