I have a 3+ year old female. Recently moved her to the basement which is much colder than upstairs. Her enclosure has heat lamps and heat cable under half the tank. I can make it whatever temp I want as it is all thermostatically controlled. Issue is she seems to spend most of her time on the cold side which is sitting around 73 degrees. Every now and then she will head over to the warm hide which is over a 92-95 degree hotspot. Doesn't stay there long though and soon goes back to the cold side. If I raise the ambient temps she never leaves the cold hide. At least this way she moves back and forth.

I've tried multiple thermometers so it's not that the readings are just off.

She is not eating but that's unrelated I'd say, she went off feed for the second year in a row around Halloween, which is long before she moved to the basement, she did it last year and didn't eat till April. Annoyed but not too concerned there.

She acts fine otherwise, and is going from hide to hide, is not roaming or anything, but still think it's a few degrees too cold.
