    Red tail boa color change

My Motley BCI male changes color a lot usually from day to night. But for the past two weeks he was really dark and today when I went to take him out I noticed he shed. He looks like a different snake! He ate every week for me so far and I handle him daily except two days after he eats and I never noticed his eyes got blue.

    His markings are gorgeous.

Yup, boas do change colors! My cherry pastels are fired up every morning and evening, but pretty drab during the day. This is a super nice motley! Congrats on him!!

Thanks everyone! He is like a puppy and actually enjoys handling and does not want to ever be put back. Boas are really becoming a favorite of mine.
