    Lucius the fire ball python.

Picked this guy up from Constrictors Unlimited last month. Found him scoping out the place this afternoon. Figured I'd share.

I love the "goofy puppy still growing into his head" phase. Even melts non snake people.

He is a character that's for sure. I still need to pick up a scale to track his weight. I'm feeding him large ft mice at the moment.

Re: Luscious the fire ball python.

So we weighed him tonight and he came to 161 grams. He is aprox 22" long and hatch date was mid July 13. Is this about right? I know every snake is different. Just want to make sure out little guy is growing properly. He eats one large ft mouse every Thursday.

He looks healthy which is the most important thing.he does seem a little small but again, go more by what he looks like. You could try feeding him rat fuzzies instead of mice. My bp exploded in growth when I moved to rats.
