    Pairing Question? First Timer!

I recently purchased a group of adult BP's, now the lady I bought them off had been pairing her Pied 100% Albino male to my Mojave 66% het pied and my 100% double het Albino/pied starting in early October. Now she sold that male she was pairing in late November, she said she saw at least three locks with each female. My question is, is this enough locks? Just curious since I really don't have any albino or pied males ready for this year! If not I do have a Fire 66% pied male, but I really wanted to prove out the Mojave first... So he would be a last resort pairing! What would you guys do? Should I not risk introducing a new male, with chances of getting a pied or 100% hets? Also here's a list of my breeders how would you pair them!?

My FIRST question is: How "recently" did you get the animals?
You do know you want to QT them for at least 90 days but 6 months is better.

To answer your question, yes, once is all it can take.

I wouldn't pair with any of your males depending on how long you've had these females. As mentioned I hope you QT'd them

The list of all the BP's is what I got in the collection I bought, so all pythons have been kept together. So none of my animals will be in contact with these until next breeding season.

Nothing you do will be the 'Wrong' thing to do. It's your choice, of course.
If it were me, I would not make any more pairings with these females.
Here's my reasoning: If they locked and your females are carrying the males sperm, then the babies will have his genes and that's more genes in your gene pool and possibly more morphs in your collection. If you breed with males that you have, you take the chance of losing those genes and morphs. To me, it's worth waiting to see what happens. There is always next season to do your own pairing.
    Just my opinion.
