I'm sure many of you already know, but I figured I should post this here. USARK has filed suit against the USFWS to overturn the Lacey Act, and prevent more species from being added. Please don't think for a moment that our ball pythons are safe, because they are not. USARK is accepting donations to help pay for legal costs. The page for donations is:

I forgot to add, if you write "clark matching donation" in the comments section when you donate, Bob Clark will match your donation. Now is not the time to sit back and hope all turns out well. Ball pythons are number 10 on the list of animals that won't be able to legally cross state lines, and that would kill this whole industry. Every little bit helps!
