If it's only 1 or 2, let them get rid of them next shed.

Leave them be. If you don't know what you're doing, you could potentially damage the eyes. Just increase your humidity and let it come off with the next shed.

For somebody who has never done it before, just do like satomi recommended. If not you risk damaging the eyes and then you cause a whole new set of problems. While it may affect their vision, they still have the heat pits.
When a snake starts the shedding process it creates another layer under the skin that you see that is separated by water. Then once the whole process is complete(fast forwarding a week or 2) they start to shed off the old skin. The reason you get stuck shed is because of the humidity not being high enough and that water being absorbed quicker than what they can get the old skin off(simple explanation versus detailed). That's why you end up with stuck sheds.
If you have humidity problems what you can do is get a little sterilite container, cut a hole in the front and make sure the edges aren't sharp, and put sphagnum moss in the box and keep it damp. Just put a few holes in the top so that way it has sufficient ventilation. I wouldn't put the box in there until the day after you see your snakes eyes clear up. Also I would still spray the enclosure once a day. Having a nice size water bowl also helps with humidity.

I literally just had to do this last night...keep in mind im a 2 month old bp owner so I was not about to dab his eyes with tape like I kept reading...I was too scared...so what I did was take a small Tupperware bowl put in one damp cloth on the bottom, put the snake in, then put one damp cloth on top, like a sandwich, then closed the top...waited about an hour came back and it was off...just that simple...good luck

Re: Help with eyecaps
Yeah. Good call on not using tape. That is horrible and unsafe advice. Some folks have torn off their snakes live membrane cap with tape thinking it was an old shed eye cap and damaged their snake's eyes permanently.

Don't touch it. If you really want, put a damp towel in the tub overnight. If it's bothering the snake they'll rub it on the towel and get it off.
Basically the only safe fix for this is to raise humidity and give them something to rub on. The damp towel accomplishes both safely.
