Just completed a transaction with Nicole and I was very impressed. She responded quickly to my inquiries about the animal and answered all of my questions promptly. She was friendly during all contact and was easy to work out a shipping arrangement with her. After all my questions were answered, the shipping process of the animal went quickly, without any snags. Upon receiving my ball, I was impressed on how well she was packaged. She arrived nice and warm (despite the -25 overnight here!) and is in great health, looks BETTER than in the pictures, and weighs MORE than was in our previous discussions. I am a very VERY happy customer and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Nicole again and I will definitely recommend her to anyone!
