Tub o' balls.
Cleaning day!! Just missing our 2 newest babies arriving on Friday.
Which brings me to my question. When you clean, what do you do with your babes? I just put em all together for a photo op and then separated them into males/females because I was paranoid about some of them locking LOL.

Nice tub!
I either have my daughter hold them, or put them in an extra tub I have.
If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies.

When I clean I just swap out their tubs. I have doubles of everything, makes it easier for me. Also nice pic!

Do you mix the males and females?! What's the rule about that? Will they try locking even if they aren't up to age/size?

This is a smart idea. Then I wouldn't have to rush. I may just have to do this.

I only do one at a time. I clean anytime they poo or pee. So I have no set cleaning day. Just who ever makes a mess gets cleaned whenever they make a mess. I wouldn't put them all in a tub no, you would probably wind up with unwanted locks...

Yeah. I have been doing 1 at a time until now. Then I decided today to use my 2 spare tubs and put the males all in 1 and the females all in the other. Worked like a charm. So much more efficient. I don't know how possible or common it is, but could they fight/hurt one another if I keep doing it like this?

I dont put all mine together because it would be hard to tell alot of them apart. Ive got several hets at the same age. I just put them in a seperate tub while I clean.

I keep doubles of everything.
I set up the new tub, pull the old tub, put the snake in the new tub and back into the rack.
