You can offer, if he takes it then great, if not then just skip this meal and feed him next week. One missed meal won't hurt him. However, if you feed live and he's in blue, monitor very very closely!! Preferably feed frozen/thawed anyways, safer for your snake!

My guy gets very dull and pale for about 2-3 days before he goes blue, then goes blue for about 2-3 days and then sheds the following night.

    Re: shedding

Well it's completely up to you, if you offer and he takes it then you're good to go. I always offer all my snakes food during shed, and they all take it, but if they didn't I would just wait until the next scheduled feeding. Some snakes find shedding more stressful than others, and will refuse their meal. If you don't want to take the chance of him refusing, you can certainly jut hold off until after his shed. My suggestion, though, if you do decide to offer and he does refuse, give him at least a few days before trying again. Good luck with it!

he may not reached the blue part yet his eyes look normal right now but the skin is very dull and he is very aggressive and he is usually very docile and he has been in his hide for about a week and normally he is out climbing his climb
