Slowly falling in love with him. He explores so much more then any of my bps he was fun to watch last night as he slithered around the tank and climbed up his vine

Ha,,, I don't even know where to begin with this. Evenstar (Kali) told me long ago that boas were WORLDS different than royals. It is soooooo true. We have a female royal and she is in hiding 99% of the time. Hunger strikes are common and when she does eat we have to leave the prey (frozen) in the cage for her to eat in private.

Sadly, the enjoyment factor is nil minus the pleasurable handling experience.

You will LOVE, love that boa above any BP's you have I'd bet if I was a betting man.

That is a nice looking, clean snake and you'll be quite entertained if it exhibits the normal qualities of a boa.

We still love our little royal, as she was the "gateway snake", but if you want to interact a bit more, boas RULE!

    Congrats!
