    Palpating?

    Anyone have any good tips on how palpate a female to see if she has follicles developing or maybe a link to a good instructional video would help a ton first year breeding I think my pastel girl is starting to realize the season is here but I can't tell lol

    Look up youtube videos on palpating....Justin Kobylka and Ralph Davis have some good vids on palpating

    It helps to use an old tshirt to allow her to slide thru your hand a little easier while your thumb is on her spine and your fingers are gently compressing her stomach. Kinda like flattening her out gently. It may take a few times of her sliding thru till you start to get it.

    Like joe said, there are some good YouTube videos on it. I like the shirt technique, seems to make it easier IMO...
