Caulker cay boa

Any of you own one? I've pulled up older threads from google but I stumbled across these guys while looking at hoggs and they are gorgeous! I'm wondering if they do well in tubs or if they are better suited for custom enclosures? I read that they were slightly more arboreal than other boas but then I also read some people keep them in tubs soooo I'm wondering what is best?

Also, I've been talking to a local breeder (Michael Beach) and he seems very helpful. He was saying that they are very small boas and tend to be more hardy than BCC boas. These are the ones I am looking at in particular. Michael has said that he can give me a rundown on care and husbandry. I'm also looking for info on my own and just gathering info from multiple sources.

Caulker Cay boas are very similar to Hog Islands (Hog - not Hogg). Just like all of the insular localities, they tend to be smaller than the average mainland BCIs. Care and husbandry are the same as for any BCI. Caulkers are a little harder to find in the hobby, but not as rare as some insular varieties. They are one of the smallest locality boas with most not getting larger than 4 ft.

All BCI are hardier and less sensitive than BCC.

I am not familiar with Michael Beach, so I can't comment there, but check to see if the info he is giving you jives with the link I posted above (which is Vin Russo's site - can't go wrong with Vin as he is the foremost authority on captive bred locality-specific boas in the US).
