    yet another feeding question.

Hey guys, Sorry for my noobish questions but, I bought some small mice from artic mice. For some reason I though I picked up medium/large mice, but guess not. Which weigh in at 9-15g each, until I get payed in a couple of weeks am I ok feeding my ball python (140g) 2 mice per week? Sorry for the stupid question

Yes. Two of the smaller (9g) mice should be fine. One of the 15g mice on their own should suffice for a week or two. The goal at that size is about 10% to 15% of bodyweight per meal, so however you get to that will work.

You may want to start looking into rat pups next time you're shopping. Switching them over to rats now or in the near future will make it easier for you to feed the snake when it reaches full size (1 rat a time as opposed to 5 or 6 mice).
It is okay to use pine bedding for snakes.
It is okay to feed live food to snakes.

Alright that works, I found a couple sites that sell rat pups cheap that I'm probably gonna buy from.
