Debating on projects.
As I get closer to purchasing the animals I want for the projects I am wanting to do I keep thinking of other projects that I want to do more. My initial plan was to work heavily with blackheads. Now I am leaning really against codom projects for the most part. So I started thinking about recessive projects that I would love to see. So I decided I wanted to go more towards the recessive genes. At the same time I was thinking about some awesome multigene projects. So right now I am thinking that if I go with a few recesives such as pied, lavender albino, clown, axanthic, and hypo and making combos of them as well as having a few codom to have in the mix. I was thinking that I would go with blackhead, HRA, and enchi. I really want to shoot for a lav/pied/clown combo and maybe have some enchi in that as well. I also think the blackhead axanthic would be sweet looking and an HRA hypo would be pretty good as well. What does everyone think of these combos?

as i see it, the typical codom and dominant recombination game will help with all the recessive projects. breeding these will give you choices for multi-gene BPs to hold back.
and when you then have a recessive project, you can breed a visual recessive to one of your multi-gene codominant/dominant animals, and get nice 100% hets with extra genes. and these are the way to get additional new genes into a recessive project.
so in order to continuously keep advancing your recessive projects, having the standart codominant and dominant morphs and combining them into multi-gene combos will be quite helpful.
The Big Bang almost certainly (beyond reasonable doubt) happened 13.7 billion years ago. If you disagree, send me a PM.
Evolution is a fact, evolutionary theory explains why it happens and provides four different lines of evidence that coalesce to show that evolution is a fact. If you disagree, send me a PM.
One third of the global economy relies on technology that is based on quantum mechanics, especially quantum electrodynamics (electron-photon or electron-electron interactions). If you disagree, send me a PM.
Time Dilation is real, it is so real that all clocks if they are precise enough can measure it, and GPS could not possibly work without it. If you disagree, send me a PM.
The 4 philosophically most important aspects of modern science are: Evolutionary theory, Cosmology, Quantum mechanics, and Einsteins theory of general relativity. Understand these to get a grip of reality.
my favorite music video is online again, its really nice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oABEGc8Dus0

Re: Debating on projects.
See I get where you are coming from but personally I dislike cramming tons of genes into one snake just to have a powerhouse breeder is pointless. I prefer the simplistic looking animals that really pop. But at the same time I also do like the multigene recessives. I think a recessive combo has more potential than any codom/dom combo.

Re: Debating on projects.
I'm currently working in a few projects, with limited time and space, I can't do all the projects that I'd like to do, so I'm choosing to do a few real well. I'm going to be pursuing some Hypo and Pied stuff and mixing just a few of my favorite incomplete dominate genes into those projects. This will help me progress my biggest project, combining the Hypo and the Pied. My suggestion is not to go too wide, especially with recessives, because any time you want to bring a dominate or incomplete dominate gene in, you end up with a lot more animals.

Agree 100%. I love my plain old axanthic girl, but when she's sitting next to my pastel ax girl and the ax bee, guess where your eyes go first? There's definitely a point where you get too much going on aesthetically (IMO some of the "powerhouse" animals are kind of ugly), but by choosing wisely some of those codom and dominant genes can really enhance the recessives (like this little bugger http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/sunbeam).
