Yesterday at SEWERFest was amazing. I got to catch up with some friends and acquired 4 new geckos and a new carpet that I am waiting until he sheds to get pictures of. I sadly also sold 5 geckos. My good friend Ryan with MadCity Reptiles was kind enough to put them on his table for me. I was personally involved in 4 of the sales though and know they went to good homes. Two of them went to kids who are really excited about reptiles and two went home with friends. The last one I am sure my friend sold to a good home, but it's going to be odd not having them to take care of for a while.
On to the happier stuff, my new babies.
The first two I got from my friends who I don't think have a name for their hobby business yet. These were actually acquired in a trade for one of my adult females.
First is Yume, this little one looks like it is going to turn out creamy but it's probably too early to tell.
Second is Kasai, this one is the reason I really wanted to do the trade. I think this one is going to be amazing as an adult.
The second two both come from Kyle and Krystal Salzmann of Gekkonidazed Geckos. One of my top two favorite geckos came from them and I am excited to have two more.
First is Twister, who earned its name from some crazy moves it made while I was taking pictures. I've never seen a gecko jump out straight and then twist in a different direction while it was in the air before. O_O
And last but certainly not least is Sanmiittai. According to google that is the Japanese word for Trinity which is what I really wanted to call her but was looking for something a little different. She is a probable female and I can't wait to watch her grow.
And I can't not post more pictures of my Tinley pickup. This one just blows my mind when every I look at it. I love its little face.
