    Over 20 Orange Dream Morphs!

It’s no secret that the Orange Dream is one of my favourite genes and over the past few seasons I have been fortunate enough to add quite a few to my collection.

The timing of the Orange Dream gene, first produced by OZZY Boids, was impeccable. Just when the bottom fell out of the Desert market due to flaws in female reproduction the Orange Dream came in and filled that void nicely. When Oz first came up with the name I don’t think even he realized its full potential.

In comparison to the Desert gene, the Orange Dream was more affordable and it had no known flaws. Females produced viable clutches and best of all, there was a Super.

IMHO Fire, Yellow Belly and Spider work best when combined with the OD. Add an extra OD gene to make a super and you had better wear good sunglasses.

Here is a good representation of some of the Orange Dream combos. Only one of the snakes shown is not in my collection but I was fortunate enough to take a few pics of it while it was here in transition.

The future is very bright for this incredible gene and thanks to Ozzy Boids for persevering for 8 years in proving out the Super and unlocking so many incredible possibilities.

    Please enjoy!

    Beautiful snakes.

I'm getting my orange dream female in a couple of days. Some of the snakes in your pics are why I wanted to get one. The combos orange dreams make are amazing.
It is okay to use pine bedding for snakes.
It is okay to feed live food to snakes.

you beat me to it! Thanks for sharing and I 2nd that the OD super fire is killer!

Also have a newbie question: does OD really clean up patterns?? On a lot of those snakes that don't have enchi in them, look like they do (i.e. super OD YB spider & OD Pinstripe fire) Thanks for the clarification! I could have totally just googled it, but it makes me feel special when you all take time out of your busy lives to answer my questions!

It seems to have that effect from my experience. I can't wait to see an OD Clown!

    Stunning snakes as usual Mark.
I can't wait to start acquiring some of your snakes. Well I can, only because I must (my fault for buying a Jeep) but, honestly I haven't seen a single snake at your tables or site that I wouldn't be very happy to add even those that normally aren't to my taste.

P.S. I managed to get my photo with Brian Barczyk at the CRBE but, either missed the opportunity to get one with you or simply forgot in the excitement of seeing so many interesting animals. And, thank you for the presentation you gave with The Reptile Report and Brian (I love how all of you manage to keep it clean and stay focused on goals and an ethical, to my mind atleast, business model).

    Over 20 Orange Dream Morphs!

i'd love to see that orange dream bumble bee fire at 1000+ grams. i doubt that thing will brown out at all. we'll probably end up pairing our male OD to our blade clown with the hopes of eventually producing a super OD blade clown. i have a feeling the OD will go very nicely with the peachy tones of the clown.
