    Kocurs first shed

I have had him for almost a month now. About 2 days ago I noticed a dullness in his scales and when I fed him he missed the mouse when he struck which he has never done before. His eyes are cloudy blue as well. How long will this shed last? anything I should know? Any tips or pointers? I'm keeping temps at around 88-94 hot side ,cool side around 80-82 and humidity levels at 50-80 ,70&80 As often as I can, especially through shed.

i feel bad for him,he hasn't moved from his hiding spot for 2 days, maybe a little moving but is really staying put. I wish I can help him. I'm just making sure I keep the tank as humid as I can. I also wanted to clean the tank tommorow,is been 2 weeks, but I really don't wanna bother him now in any way.

i plan on keeping his first shed as well. He's def my boy,I love the little dude.

any tips, pointers, advice or comments wouldbe useful. thnx

    -Jay

I'd say just keep doing what you're doing, and keep the humidity up. My 1 yr old BP usually takes 5 or more days, but my 2 month old BP just shed and from the time I noticed she had blue eyes, it took her only 3 days to shed, so I guess it can vary.

Cool and TY. I also keep soaked rags on top the screen, some advice I got from. My buddy when I first got the snake. I'm sure that helps as well

Not soaking wet, you'll rust out your screen.
You can put damp towels that is supposed to help keep humidity up
