There are a lot of great threads on here and tips for getting you BP to eat - check out the stickies, do a little searching around
If you are looking for specific answers, I think you're going to have to post a lot more information about your BP - enclosure, feeding "habits" (or rather, how you try to feed and with what), what you have tried, etc.
Good luck!

Hello,
Lets start with a few questions
1) Can you post a photo of your setup or provide details such as the type of enclosure, hides, methods to heat
2) What have you tried so far to feed?
3) How old is the snake?
