Just noticed these tiny moving white specks and was wondering what they were? Are these mites and if so how do I get rid of them?

Mite larvae are tiny . . VEEEERRY tiny - and take larger more esily visible dark mommies to lay em - seen any of those running around? Here's a good place to learn a little more about the little pains and their eradication.

Haven't seen any of the larger but I do see these tiny little white dots on the snakes head scales. I saw a few of them move earlier one traveled from between the eyes to the mouth slit.
