    Cleveland Show Recap!

Had a blast at the show today, the girlfriend bought herself another leachie, this one is a little baby who was incubated for male he only weighs 6 grams and is a really nice light tan color with black specks. Can't wait to see this little one grow into a giant sausage.

I stopped over at H.o.F.R’s table and looked at his spiders for a bit. I was even there when some random guy walked up and opened a lid to a Goliath Bird Eating Spiders tub because “he didn’t know what was inside” needless to say all the vendors from B.F.E. Pets and Supply jumped up and told him to shut the lid, and I think I peed a little. That spider was a “baby” but was by far the biggest spider I had ever seen.

After walking around for a bit and chatting with some of the vendors I made my way back to Jeff Risher with Hall of Fame Reptiles he asked me about my last purchase I made from him ( a little Female Pastel Het. Hypo). He showed me this real nice male Mojave he was a little cranky but wow was he beautiful. Jeff was real great about it and because I was a return customer let him go for a fantastic price. I couldn’t resist the temptation and ended up getting him.

I also talked to him about a female Het. VPI Axanthic that he had at the last show, he still has her and said he’ll bring her to the next show for me to take a look at.

So much for only going to support the local breeders!
    I've got quite a few...

I'm glad you enjoyed the show. It's not always easy to support local breeders, but I'm lucky enough to have 2 large scale breeders near me Sean Bradley & Tim Bailey. Then I have other people like Luke Martin that live just over a half hour from me.
