questions bout feeding and shedding HELP

so i just got my snake today, they guy i got him from said hes about 7 years old, he eats 2 frozen small rats every two weeks but hes not fat at all like most, im not to worried bout that im gonna feed him one every week and see how he does, anyways he hasnt been fed in 2 weeks tried feeding him one today and he didnt want to eat, the person said he just finished shedding, i asked cause there is skin is his tank, but his eyes are still a cloudy blue and the skin isnt in big pieces. he also hasnt sprayed the tank in soo long and it was bone dry, my snake has super dry skin i sprayed his tank and i put him in lukewarm water in the tub and he just sat in it its not as dry but its still not where it should be idk if hes still shedding or what hes not bright coloured either hes very dull looking. im making him a wet hide. but what should i do ?

Honestly you'll get more accurate answers if you can post pictures of your snake, a good body shot and a good head shot would be ideal. Then post a picture or two of your setup. Also if you can give us a rundown on your setup we may be able to help you correct or fine tune your setup so any issues can get resolved quicker. Most of us have been in the hobby so long that we have little tricks we've acquired over time.

Those aren't going to be viewable to us as they're on your hard drive. Try to upload using a file service like flickr or imageshack. Then post the link from there.

If you look at the reply bar, the middle thing towards the right you'll see the # then the quotation box to the left of that. Then the left again you'll see like movie film then right to the left of that you'll see a picture frame thing, you click that and import the link. Though the file sharing sites I recommended will automatically put the [ img] code in front of your link so you don't have to do it.

Yea, which pictures am I looking at? One or two of them look like he's in shed, but I don't know if it's the right snake or not.

all of them are pictures of him, his bellys still pinkish coloured, and it looks like he may have shedded a bit more over the night but not alot, one of his eye caps you can see has a flake of dead skin so i think hes doing better then he was his skins not as rough too, i think he had a bad shed and it doesnt help that the guy had his tank so dry
