    Thermostat Question.

My main rack I have uses a herpstat 1, but does anyone know of a good but relatively cheap thermostat I could pick up? Funds are a little on the limited side right now, and I just can't spend another $150 on a herpstat at the moment, and I need it very soon.

Another thing, if I can pick it up today after work, that'd be a real plus! Thank you guys!

What stores are in your local area??
I know petco carries a zilla stat but they want top dollar for it.
I don't know what petsmart carries in stock as I have not been in one in a while.

You might find one at your PSP, but it really depends on the individual store. I know the one local to me just cut their reptile selection by more than half. Don't think you'll have any luck at the other chain stores you mentioned. Maybe try looking at some mom and pop type stores in your area.
Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

If you have amazon prime you could get a hydrofarm two day shipped for free.

What do you guys think of the vivarium electronics ve-100 model? Or the spyder robotics intro plus? I've only worked with spyder robotics before. What can you tell me about vivarium electronics?

I love my VE-200s but I don't think you can pick one up on your way home LOL.
I would order the proportional 200 for a little more than the 100.

Intro plus is more for incubators. VE-100 is cheap but it'll still take time to ship from whoever you by it from.
