Not used to a picky eater...help!

It's been about 4 years since I've had a leopard gecko and my little guy at the time had no problem hunting and eating like crazy. My new girl, Aurora, doesn't seem to be very interested in eating. She has a bowl with mealworms, a dish of calcium, and I've given her a few dusted crickets every other night. I've left the crickets in there for a few hours and then took them out as they started eating her feces and I didn't want them bugging her overnight. Should I be leaving them in longer? She also haven't been eating the worms and isn't interested if I try to hand feed her. My leo from years ago liked taking hand fed worms, so I gave it a shot with her.

She's in an 8qt tub with regulated belly heat, 91F hot side, 82F cool side, humidity 50-56%, shallow water dish, hides, and as stated above a dish of mealworms and a dish of calcium. She's currently on paper towels. She's been pooping once a day and her fecal actually came out yellowish today - perhaps she's been eating the mealworms (they've been munching on carrots) and I just counted wrong?

I've never experienced a picky leo, so any advice is appreciated!

Nobody makes a greater mistake than he who does nothing because he could do only a little.
