That one baby looks like it might have an almost perfect hood!!! That's often hard to come by!

No. The one with the colored head, shoulder, and perfect straight stripe is a hood.
A rat with a colored head and white body is called Capped. And one with a colored head and shoulders is called bareback. Any rat that looks like it has a broken hood/imperfect or broken stripe is usually Variegated and not actually 'hooded'.
This is a hooded:

Far right is a variegated.
Middle is capped.
