Question New to this site, but hopefully someone can help!

Im new to this site so bear with me!

Well a few days ago i got my new BP (currently not sexed, and my scale broke so im unsure un the weight for now. hes 17 inches). The first few days it seemed fine and active, and i fed it Friday night. Since the feeding it has been spending 90% of its time submerged in its water dish. I know that this could normally be due to a few different problems but i tried to troubleshoot as much as possible before posting.

    30 Gal tank

    Temps/ security:
UTH on a thermostat/ multiple thermometers to monitor the temps-
i have a cool side with a hide, kept at 82F . The warm side is kept at a constant 90F also with a hide. the water bowl is kept in the middle (there is also i hide in the middle). i have multiple logs/ vines across the tank for it to climb and hide on, even burrow under (it burrowed for the first day)

i have all lights on a timer and regulated at 14 hours light, 10 dark. when winter comes ill switch to a 12/12

    humidity is between 55-70

i dont think its shedding, the eyes dont look to be any cloudier than normal. i would check for pink belly but it just ate the other day and im trying to give 48 hours to digest (or is it ok to handle sooner?)

i dont see signs of mites, but again i have not been handling because of the feeding so ill get a better look at that tonight. (im almost positive its not mites though.

This morning it was in the warm side hide, but once the light clicked ON, it moved to the water bowl.

i have tried to rule out as many things as possible before posting, maybe someone with more experience could tell me some insight on the matter?

    thanks!
