Please help! What is wrong with my girl??

Can anyone tell me what she is doing? I am very concerned to almost very worried that she could be very sick. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Your vid is set to private. However, looks like that is a spider and if you aren't familiar with the gene you are probably worried about her moving erratically ie. corkscrewing, spinning her head about, wobbling, turning her head upside down etc. All spiders have the "wobble" to some degree. It typically does not affect the animals eating, breeding, etc and is simply part of the spider gene.

The video is set to private, so we can't see it, but it looks like from the still that you are holding a spider BP.

All spider BP's have a neurological issue where they lose motor control, and start to wobble. In extreme cases the wobble can turn into "corkscrewing"

Yep, that's actually normal for a spider BP, nothing to worry about.

Yup, that is normal for spiders! They are a bit "special" lol There are several genes that seem to have this neurological quirk

For reference here is one vid of a girl I used to own when I moved her to a larger tub:

Oh thank goodness!! I knew there was a thing they have with shaking/vibrating their heads but I thought this might be extreme. I got her off of craigslist yesterday and became worried that the the guy was just trying to get rid of her. Thanks!!!

So question then. Will/can rthis trait be passed on to others when breeding?

Please help! What is wrong with my girl??

my bumble bee used to do cart wheels all night long when she was a baby. It gradually started to stop after she was about 6 months old and there is no sign of the head wobble at all now.
Freaked me out at first too.
