    First shed!

Well. It isn't his first shed, but it's my first experience with a shedding snake.

I hadn't seen him out and about for a couple of days, so I decided to pull up his hide and check on him, and look what I found!

I put down some damp paper towels underneath his hide for that extra little boost of humidity, misted his terrarium nice and well, and now I'll let him alone for some time and eagerly await with a DSLR at my side.
